Welcome to futurowise.com ("futurowise"), an initiative by DLATHI EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, based in Mumbai, India. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the platform and participation in any course, program, or workshop (“Course”). By enrolling, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy

 

1. Eligibility and Consent

• futurowise courses are open to learners aged 14 to 21.

• For learners under 18, consent from a parent or guardian is required.

• Enrollment by a minor confirms that their parent/guardian has read and agreed to these Terms on their behalf.

• futurowise reserves the right to decline or remove any learner from a program at its sole discretion.

 

2. Definitions

• Learner: Any individual who registers for a course on futurowise.

• Instructor(s): Any individual or organization delivering course content.

• Course/Program/Workshop: These terms are used interchangeably across futurowise communications.

 

3. Participation Requirements (Online Courses)

• Learners must attend at least 80% of live sessions.

• Cameras must be ON during classes unless otherwise approved.

• All assignments must be submitted on time as per course schedule.

• Use of AI tools is allowed, but must follow ethical and academic guidelines.

• Learners must not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or other unethical practices.

• Respectful behavior is expected toward instructors, peers, and support staff at all times.

• Uninvited contact with instructors or fellow learners outside of class is not permitted. Unauthorized outreach may lead to removal from the program.

 

4. In-Person Programs and Events

For any in-person course or event:

• Consent and indemnity from parents/guardians is assumed upon registration.

• futurowise is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during participation.

 

5. Certificates and Outcomes

• Learners will receive a certificate only after completing all assignments and meeting attendance and conduct requirements.

• Certificates may be withheld in cases of academic dishonesty or misconduct.

 

6. Use of Student Work & Recordings

• Sessions may be recorded for quality and learning purposes.

• futurowise may use excerpts from student projects, feedback, screenshots, or recordings for educational or promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to have your work showcased, please inform us in writing via info@futurowise.com.

 

7. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, presentations, and session content remain the property of the instructor or Futurowise.

• Learners retain ownership of their own original work, but grant Futurowise a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or promote it.

• Unauthorized reproduction or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.

 

8. Accessibility and Special Needs

We are committed to inclusivity. If you have special learning or access needs, please contact us in advance through info@futurowise.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

9. Payments and Receipts

• All payments are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• A receipt will be emailed to you upon successful registration.

10. Disputes and Complaints

If you face any issues with your course or learning experience, please write to us at info@futurowise.com. We aim to respond and resolve complaints within 7 working days.

11. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At futurowise.com, we want to keep things fair and transparent. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all our courses, workshops, and events.

​

• In case a course is cancelled due to reasons beyond our control—such as low enrollment, trainer unavailability, or other operational challenges, you’ll receive a 100% refund of the course fee.​

• If You Cancel Your Registration

  • Cancel any time before the course starts: 90% refund. We retain only a 10% platform and registration fee

  • Cancel after the course starts: ​No refund. Once we have hosted the first session, no refund will be provided, regardless of the number of sessions you have attended. ​​​​​

• To request a refund, contact us at info@futurowise.com with: your full name, registered email, course name, reason for cancellation

• We process approved refunds within 10 working days to your original payment method subject to your bank/payment provider timelines.​

• No refunds for no-shows or partial attendance

• No certificate will be issued in case of cancellation

• Refunds apply only to course fees; any third-party or travel costs are non-refundable

• Final decisions on refunds rest solely with the futurowise team

12. Jurisdiction

futurowise is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. ​
