1. Who is this program for?
Students aged 14 to 21 who want to build real-world skills beyond the classroom. For students under 18, a parent or guardian confirms consent at the time of enrollment.

2. Will my child get to keep the recordings?
Yes! Most live sessions are recorded and shared with enrolled students so they can revisit the content anytime during the program.

3. How do we make sure students get the most out of the program?
To keep the experience interactive and high-quality, we ask students to attend at least 80% of live sessions and keep their cameras on. This is what makes the program genuinely transformative rather than just another online course.

4. What is the refund policy?
If you cancel before the program starts, you receive a 80% refund — we retain a 20% registration fee. Once the first session has been held, no refund is issued regardless of attendance. If Futurowise ever cancels a program, you receive a full 100% refund.

5. How do I request a refund?
Simply email info@futurowise.com with your full name, registered email, course name, and reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days.

6. What does my child need to get started?
Just a laptop or desktop, a stable internet connection, and a free Zoom account. No special software or prior knowledge needed.

7. How does my child earn their certificate?
By completing all assignments, attending at least 80% of live sessions, and participating in good faith. Every certificate comes with a unique credential ID that can be shared on LinkedIn or included in college applications.

8. Will student work be showcased publicly?
Yes — and that's a great thing! Completed projects get published on the Futurowise platform, giving students a real public portfolio piece. By enrolling, you agree that Futurowise may also use names, photos, and testimonials for educational and promotional purposes. You retain full ownership of your original work and can request removal of any published content at any time by writing to info@futurowise.com.

9. Is this useful for college applications?
Absolutely. The certificate, published project, and practical skills are directly relevant for college essays, scholarship applications, and interviews — especially for students applying to competitive programs abroad.
10. What kind of students has Futurowise worked with?
