Introduction to Agentic AI explores how artificial intelligence is evolving from systems that simply respond to instructions into intelligent agents that can understand goals, create plans, use tools, make decisions, and perform actions. The course introduces learners to the differences between traditional AI, Generative AI, chatbots, and Agentic AI while explaining the main components that enable AI agents to operate effectively. Through six focused lessons, learners explore the AI agent lifecycle, short-term and long-term memory, tools and APIs, planning and reasoning, feedback systems, and single-agent and multi-agent architectures. The course also examines real-world applications across education, healthcare, business, robotics, and personal productivity. Learners then apply these concepts by designing their own AI agent for a practical real-world problem.
