About the progam
Future Leaders is Futurowise’s flagship annual conclave, a rigorous program to nurture exceptional students under 18 who are already thinking, building, and acting like the leaders of tomorrow.

August 15–16, 2026 at Masters’ Union, Gurgaon
100 students from across India will come together to explore problems they care about, work on solutions to global challenges, and understand how to create real impact.

Beyond the conclave
The program doesn’t end with the conclave. The momentum continues virtually. ​​Participants join an exclusive alumni community with access to live masterclasses by global professors, mentorship from industry leaders.

Day 1: August 15

Understand how top communities grow through research and innovation. Learn how to think ahead and build a strong foundation for your future.
Future of Work
Hear from India’s top automation and robotics experts from Addverb Technologies on innovations shaping the future of work.
Problem and Opportunities
Work in small groups with peers from across cities to identify key challenges of the next decade. Present your ideas using structured thinking.
Ideas and Feedback
Present your responses, get feedback from peers and mentors, and reflect on key learnings from the day.
Day 2: August 16
Build Your Startup
Turn ideas into action. Learn MVPs, map use cases, and understand basic monetization and growth.
Social Entrepreneurship
Design solutions that create real impact. Work on ideas that address meaningful social challenges while staying scalable.
Solutions
Get mentorship to design solutions to Day 1 problems. Build a clear pitch with your team and present it to business leaders.
Reflection and Recognition
Reflect on your learnings. Earn certificates, LORs, and recognition for your work.
